This dare is for both men and ladies, but ladies must use there anal hole for this dare the same as the men will have to. First choose a banana that you would like to use then strip down to your briefs or panties. Now take a picture with your underwear on from the rear which must include the banana to show its shape and size. Remove you underwear and start to insert the banana into your hole while taking pictures to show you pushing the banana into your hole. When you have it in as far as you can take a picture without holding the banana. Take the banana out and take a final picture of your hole to show what it looks like after the banana has been inserted.

As you can see I could not get the banana all the way in as it was starting to hurt but if anyone can get it in further than I did then I will do the dare again to try a get it in just as far.
